LAMINGTON (Sheep)
The lamb previously known as: Flossie, Floosie, Lambsy, Lambikin, Lamb-si-doats.
19/9/2007
Female
Lamington came to me when she was five days old. Her mum died and I was suckered into taking her. I'd never had a lamb before but what a JOY. However I had no idea how quickly she would grow into a monstrous great sheep.... A pooping and piddling machine and so strong. But she is still a joy. She races around the paddock with the ponies and is particularly fond of Lionel 'paca. Love her to bits.

LIONEL (Alpaca)
AKA - Lionel Packer, Mr Packer
Brown with white - 2003
Lionel's dad was The Boxer, and all his male offspring were named after boxers hence Lionel after the boxer Lionel Rose. Lionel is brown with white bits. Lionel was my first addition after moving to Murringo. He was about 6 months old, unhandled and frightened. However, that didn't last long. He is the nicest alpaca one could ever hope to meet. He loves nibbling at my hair and hat, chewing my shoelaces and kissing me on the nose. Lamington (Lamb) adores Lionel and he is such a gentle fellow he puts up with her attention and nonsense.

INDIANA (Alpaca)
AKA - Indy, Indiana Jones, Mr Jones
Cream with brown - 2003
Indy's Stud was up to the "I" year, so all crias for that year had names beginning with "I". Indy is cream with a brown leg patch. Indiana was bought to be Lionel's friend. Alas he has none of Lionel's charm. They get on well except for the occasional neck wrestle and hissy fit over food.

TOGETHER, THEY ARE KNOWN AS THE "PACA BOYS"
The "Paca Boys" can always be relied on to come at the gallop when called.

"After a Haircut"

BESSIE & GEORGIE (Cows)
Bessie - AKA - Bessie Boop, Boop Girl
Georgie - AKA - Georgie Girl, Georgie Porgie, Hefty Heifer, Hefty
Bessie, of course, was a huge mistake but she's here now so here she stays. She is almost completely blind but is a lovely girl and likes to be brushed and scratched. She has cute teddy bear ears.
Georgie, (Bessie's baby), is HUGE. She was so cute as a calf but never friendly like her mum. She too is here for life. Ho Hum. The things we do.
